It never rains but it pours!
I sent a parcel on 20th September with Parcel2go. Checked it after a week. "held at depot" Couldn't contact P2G for another week. They looked in to it. Heard nothing for another week. Emailed buyer to explain the problem. Checked again now says " further delivery info received" Then NOTHING. No change. Can't contact P2G. Several apologetic emails to buyer. Buyer never replied to any of my emails. Final mail to buyer saying I was willing to send replacement first class and if other turned up they could keep both. Still no reply from buyer. Still can't contact P2G. Still no change on tracking. BUT buyer now opened "not received" dispute.
No doubt another black mark on my DSR's. I'm NEVER going to get it back below 5% at this rate
Stupid question but I don't suppose eBay would lend a sympathetic ear?

I always call the customer when I can if I need to contact them about something like this. A lot of people don't know how to check their massages, especially with Amazon.

With the problems I'm experiencing at the moment I could do with a good massage!

There IS a God after all. I emailed the buyer very grovelling. Got a reply saying return request removed and apologised for not reading my emails.
Win some, lose some
This is interesting. At long last P2G have got back to me and it appears that Hermes will not deliver to this address because it is a traveller's site, and are returning the parcel. Now, will that be enough evidence for eBay to remove the black mark from my DSR?
