I currently have 9 Paypal accounts running at 100% and 1 that wants the SSN.
I am 99% sure that the 1 PP account got flagged because I had a better than expected weekend of sales.
My dollar volume pretty much tripled during 1 weekend.
I was not expecting it so I got caught by the "sudden increase of sales" red flag.
But PP is doing something different...
IE the delayed Expanded Use 4 digit number delay on my gift2go VISA gift cards.
There is now a 24 hour delay on receiving the 4 digit number.
I am sure there are other things that are changing that I have not discovered yet.
