How to do with this ebay account

After several ebay accounts were suspended, I found one ebay account with all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info is still running. This account was created in 2002 but I never use it, and has 0 connection with other accounts. It does not have paypal connected.

How to reuse this account?

Should I create a stealth paypal account with all matching info with this ebay account?

The problem is the registered address is 1000 miles away. Will a IP 1000 miles away give ebay enough doubt to shut the account down?

With an account that old, I would seriously recommend you contact Modee for some preventative maintenance support.
Accounts that old are very valuable - if you use them right.
