Default Paypal withdrawals delay on new accounts?

I made two withdraws on two new accounts this week, One was being pending for 72 hours ( initiated Monday 9:40 pm now its Friday 3:40am still not showing anything on the chase app), the other one has been pending for 30 hours now.

Any one experiencing the same thing?

Is this random?
Some of the new accounts don't have 72 hours pending
Let's say I withdraw on Monday night before the cut off time, the money will be there by Wednesday 3am Easter time.

This is common for the first withdrawals on new accounts, doesn't happen all the time but usually after 3- 4 withdrawals it will go back to normal

Maybe banking delays are delaying the refund. Banking delays can sometimes delay refunds by up to 7 working days.

If the money is not showing in the bank, tell me how a refund can be delayed?

Just be patient OP - can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days in fact....it's annoying but not worrisome since pp account is in good standing

I apologise for my mistake, read question not carefully. If status is pending, problem is not out of paypal, and don't relation with bank.
I have same problem in past, I sent an email to paypal and received message:
"Funds withdrawal to a bank account usually takes up to 2 hours. In your case however, our records show that your withdrawals for $190 and $100 have been subjected for review which could take 24 to 72 hours. Hence, the transactions are still showing as pending. We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused.
If your withdrawals pass our review, the status of the transactions will change to 'Completed' and you can expect your money to appear on your bank account thereafter, but if not, funds will be reversed back to your PayPal balance.
We do not have the specific reason why a withdrawal is being placed under review by our system. Please rest assured though that this doesn’t mean we suspect you’re acting fraudulently. Keeping the PayPal environment secure is always our upmost concern so we try to identify unusual withdrawal patterns. Many banks and credit card companies work this way too."
Sorry again.
