Does Craigslist share info with Ebay and possibly Paypal?

I am aware that ebay owns a good portion of Craigslist. There was also some legal battle a few months ago and craigslist sued ebay. Im not sure what happened to that. But the fact that craigslist is still advertised on Paypal until now proposes they have kissed and made up. Considering skype shares info with ebay maybe craigslist does as well? Anyone with info on this?

Ebay owns 25% shares in Craiglist. I seriously doubt the two Company share info so I will say No they don't.

Reasons:

You can post on Craiglist with just a email address. You don't even have to sign up to put in your name or address.

There are two ways of posting on Craiglist, One way is without logging in and only require a email address. The benefit of this is that you don't have to put your name or address for privacy reasons.

The second way is by creating a user ID that will ask for more info but it will save and organize all your posts that you created when you login.
