eBay is warning me that my DSR is below 4.3...

I got this email from eBay today, telling me that my DSR is below 4.3:

We've noticed that one of your four detailed seller ratings (DSRs) is
currently lower than 4.3. We'd like to remind you that from November 1,
sellers need to maintain a score of 4.3 or more in all four DSRs to
continue selling on eBay.com.

We are introducing this seller standard as part of efforts to deliver a
more consistent customer experience so buyers are happy to shop more on
eBay – which will mean more sales for sellers.

We'd like to help ensure buyers have good trading experiences with you,
so you get great DSRs and your business continues to grow on eBay. Here
are some things you can do over the next month to improve your DSRs:

The funny thing is, my 12 months average is above 4.4 each and my 1 month average has even improved to 4.6 each. So why is eBay sending me alerts?!!! I've gotten this on 2 accounts and both of them are way above 4.5 :D
