 Paypal only 1 hold and rest not?
So I have no holds on my paypal account, but I got paid for a transaction and it got this and got paid more around the same amounts from other buyers and no holds on their payments. This is not that 24 hour review hold so don't ask. Is this normal or just the transaction got flagged on buyers end? If i was my end then all my payments would start 21 day holds right?
