Etsy and PP question.... again

Sorry everyone, I've been looking through threads for my answer but I have read conflicting information.

I have 2 stealth PP accounts I use for 2 different ebay accounts.

I have used both these PP accounts with etsy and have been suspended both times (selling legit items but I suspect I was reported by competitors).

I want to try a new stealth etsy account. Am I right in thinking I need to open a brand new PP, I can't just add a new email address to one of my existing accounts?

My current PP accounts have the same set of info. I have one business and one personal account. If I make a new account purely for etsy with a new set of personal details, will I have to change my IP address every time I go between accounts, to avoid causing suspicion with PP?

You can add a new email address to the Paypal account, but you cannot use either of those accounts to make purchases on etsy or pay your bill, or the gig will be up!

Actually you can pay the bill with new pp. Have done it for last 3 months. Should I stop this?

I'm worried about my PayPal I had for 14 years.... should I be concerned PayPal will do anything to me... or should I just get new PayPal under my family instead.. If my PayPal is limited or something happen I think even legit freelance jobs in getting paid might be ruined

3 is a fine number to start with ....as for linking, it really depends on setup. In your case, all have the same info so yes, in all likelihood, the 3 can easily be linked to each other :(
