Hi, Opened a stealth account and want to make a one time payment through paypal with a different name on the credit card that is on the ebay account can ebay see that through paypal?

You can attach the bank account to a PayPal.

You cannot use an actual plastic card though, you need a VCC

It is possible to use a real credit card or gift card to pay fees directly through eBay regardless of what the name is but not recommended especially on a new account or any account for that matter, it may work paying direct, but If a Manuel review is done they could link you

AVS like VCC, but include support confirm address, make your account have high trust. AVS can check Statement, or VCC which be used or not.

You can create new bank with your name, add to stealth paypal and use it for stealth ebay, no problems. Legit info but not yours.

The bank account can be enter while KEEPING the stealth name on pp - which bank you using OP?
