OP - Silly i know, but this is how i get to it.
* In google type paypal enter 4 digit code and click on first link that appears
* You come to a.screen with three boxes.towards the top...think its the.middle one called.activity that you click
* you then come to another page and at the top is a.kind of star flower type.symbol. click on it.
* Then down the left side is four sections. Second row is bank.information. click on it
* Go to where your vcc is and click on update
* then it will come up...link card
* Click it and paypal will tell you they are sending you a code and taking.1.50 from that card but will refund it within 24 hours of you submittibg the code.
Sorry...sounds a bit of a.carry on but thats how i access it lol :-)
