Re: Amazon account can't login
It's not a deleted account, merely locked. I had an issue when a related amazon account had a fraud alert for purchasing (new card), took about a week to fully verify and took a day or two to get my main account back.
I also emailed bezos then, and got a response.
Note that in such cases your account is still active (items are still for sale), you just can't log in. But any other users can, and apps can still access data. Also the seller app was able to access it (will probably change soon).
If you're worried about this, set up a new amazon account and add it to your users with full permissions. It only takes a few minutes and could save you if this happens and you have pending orders (which I did, at the time I had shipstation set up so I could print labels from there).
