| Well, I just used Yahoo! Phone again and it worked fine.
anthonychan, try the following: Get the latest Vista version of the Yahoo! Messenger (I have no experience with the XP version). Log in to PayPal and go to the section which asks to confirm your location using the 6-digit pin they sent to your address. Just enter 000000, twice. It will cancel this confirmation process and you can go ahead and start the whole process allover again. This time, make sure to plug-in a microphone (I am not 100 % sure if that makes a difference, maybe it does, os just in case) and use your speakers, no earphones. It seems like, Yahoo! is not sending the beep-tones properly through the line, so you are actually recording the tones and sending them through.
Let PayPal call you and wait until the voice has finished talking. Enter the four digit pin on your screen.
Let me know if that worked.
