I have US PayPal account and am not in US , it's verified premier account I used it for more than a year with no problem

but now they ask to confirm location by adding CC + Phone Verification
can you guide me step by step what is the best site to buy the VCC (with AVS ) from and where to get a US phone verification service ??

I know the forum is full with these info but am totally lost , I don't know from where to start so better asking somebody really do it and it works with him

any help appreciated ??
