Default Paying for stuff in CHINA with Paypal

This is a somewhat new question but Im wondering if someone has an idea.

Basically I need to pay for stuff in China (Shanghai) but the person in China can't accept Paypal directly (something about their banking rules...withdrawal impossible).
Is maybe somebody here that does business with China and is able to somehow get money over there? ALIPAY is popular there but not sure if it can be linked with Paypal?

So basically ... any ways to get money out of my Paypal balance into Chinese hands? Alipay, cash... doesn't matter, as long as the person in China can get USD or RMB.

thanks

Use your own Chinese bank issued credit card to pay in RMB.

Problem solved.

Don't think youre going to find too many solutions to that. Too much fraud associated with paypal for any of those services to be willing to accept paypal.

Do you have a Hong Kong Company?
Can you open a Hong Kong Company if you dont?

It is not so much the Chinese bank that is the issue, it is HOW LONG THEY HOLD THE FUNDS before releasing them and China is no longer hording USD per say and somewhat slows the flow of USD via Bank of China by these holds. TT or Wire transfer is Hold both in Federal Reserve and Bank of China for this same reason. Tightens the pipeline.

Now Hong Kong is altogether different. They want USD and they want word business. If you hire an agent to open a Hong Kong company, you can dump funds into it quickly and easily pay Chinese vendors, IF you do everything correctly.

Are you Chinese?

You never said you wanted to reduce your paypal balances.

You stated a desire to pay a chinese supplier for goodies.

If you do not want to spell out the true info, then be happy people bothered to try to help you.
