im just worried i will have my stealth acc frozen for using a VPN, do you have the name of a server

PPTP or LLTP is good. Never use OpenVPN, otherwise your IP address will trace to the middle of thr Indian Ocean

Picking a provider is key, and make sure to use one that offers static ips and doesn't give the same ips to multiple users.

actually i have used many vpn providers with dynamic ip addresses for years and no problems. Crossing swords with another Ebay user via IP is not necessarily a death sentence, they cannot ban everyone who logs in at Starbucks or mcdonald's

That is true, but if you have high limit packages that you dont want to take unnecessary risk with then might as well go with the Static IP, but of course a dynamic can work as well just riskier

In my experience the risk is practically zero, nevertheless having one IP address per account is not a bad way to go, although a bit more expensive

@OP, if you are based in UK, safer to go for dongle use or mobile phone tethering as examples
