Unhappy payment “Under Review”, PP account will be frozen?

hi, Today I sent 1000 pounds, which is around 50% of the balance in total to Chinese PP from English PP through my own website. After I received money, it shows that it’s “Under Review” on Chinese PP. and the result of refund will be released in 24 hours. I'm afraid my British PP will be frozen, what can I do now?. Can I refund from Chinese PP directly? Is it possible that the PP account will be frozen?

It's a standard procedure for large amounts.

In my experience, if the payments not reversed within 90 minutes then it'll automatically clear after 24 hours 2 minutes exactly.

This usually happens if a payment is out of your normal spending patterns, or to protect the senders account in case of theft.

Most of the time it does go through but if not it just gets reversed back to where it came from.

Hi I've got the same problem however its been like 4-5 days on a new Paypal account for only $40.

I have sent a payment of $100 to a supplier and there account was new, and it received the same hold on there account, after a few hours they told me that there finds were released and available

My account is fine and so is there's the first payment sent was 5 months ago and I must of sent at least 3 payments a week ever since to there account for the last 5 months and no issues for both accounts

Just a security precaution

I get the same message sometimes...I'm a seller so as long as the package is delivered with the tracking number to prove it, paypal will release the fund.
