Payoneer and paypal

Hy guys, i have a question about Payoneer and stealth PP + EB.

From what i gather payoneer is a one chance thing with a stealth paypal ?

I get that you receive a physical Mastercard from them and you also receive a bank account you can use.

So if i get suspended from Ebay or paypal i cannot use that Payooner again right ? Or is the Bank Account from Payonner reusable on another stealth pair ?

You cannot use the same Payoneer again on different stealths

Yes you can only use 1 type of bank account per stealth account. Otherwise you risk limiting other accounts.

Yes. That payoneer number can only be used on one account.

Are we still saying then that Payoneer is working....? Many, many mixed results. New users trying to add NEW cards to PayPal will experience issues and most of the time not get these added. If they are already added they should continue to work for the time being.

Well Entropay is another alternative for me, but the last time i used Entropay on ebay i was among those receiving blacklisted card numbers, don't know if anyone arround here remembers.

That issue still arround for EU users using entropay ?

I used entropy on pp but haven't had troublem yet, but may better to get
vcc here for more safety.

I agree with you. It seems adding payoneer bank account to paypal would have issue, although the two small money deposit to the bank account, but paypal also try to transfer the money out, but payoneer refuse it. Then the bank account is removed by paypal, did you experience that? Thanks!

I added my Payoneer account to my paypal.it in August and got no problem so far.

Generally speaking, every card and every account number is a one time thing for Paypal.
