Paying subscriptions with stealth accounts.

I was wondering about this. I pay yearly subscriptions to various company's, like web hosting ect.

So say I pay 1 year with PayPal 'A' then PayPal 'A' gets limited can I pay the same hosting company with PayPal 'B' ?

Somebody must know the answer to this, here is another example.

Say I wanted to pay a forum subscription or similar will PayPal know its going to the same account or does it not work that way ?

Here is why I need to know.

I have my hosting site with domains attached and I have to pay for these once a year, but when I pay the bill it pays the web
hosting company not to my account directly, I was wondering if because its paid to my account there may be a billing number
that will link the accounts. I really need to know this as I have bills to pay soonish.

To host my websites that is all.

I myself have done it before - so my answer is yes
BUT
It might not work with every site out there as some might be picky.
The thing is they would need to manually review your payment history to see that you paid from a different account and since most of these services are automated you should be fine.
Whats the worst thing that could happen though? try it and if they have an issue they'll refund you and you can use your credit card then. No biggy.

I am just looking at the stealth methods from every angle. I dont want 1 action the one that makes PayPal look into everything.

I personally would not take the risk. I would keep the two separated.

Pay your web hosting with a proper CC.

Withdraw the money from your PP and eventually fund your CC.
