Competitor Banned Me!

To cut it short, ive been selling games console with a game. All items bought from a shop. I got a 7 day ban on one of my accoutns for "copyright violation"

Im 90% it was a competitor in a tough market.

Any ideas how i go about getting this account back and ensuring it wont happen again?

log into that suspended account so the 7 days starts then after 7 days email trust and safetly to get reinstated but dont do anything else to make it hard for you to get reinstated
