Amazon US and Amazon Europe BANNED?!?!

Hi guys,

I was sure amazon US did not share information with amazon europe as far as the forum and the guide goes..

Everything has been fine, until my amazon US got banned a month ago or so.

Now my Amazon Europe, including amazon.fr, .de, .es. it, .co.uk has been banned for account association.

This is the only amazon account i hae with real info, same info as amazon US account, and i sued same MAC address etc, because i was under the impression they did not share information?

If I appeal do i stand a chance?

And is there any other possible way this could have got banned by mistake?

i looked into more detail, and the first email i received was form Amazon France (after i appealed) saying appeal denied. You are banned, then immediately after i receive, the email from UK, DE, ES, IT. I though each amaozn was seperate? I have an option to appeal for the other marketplaces, but not FR.

Anyone got any idea on where to go from here?

If i do make a new amazon, and list the same products (which is the market i trade in, has limited products), can they link, just through same product line? (obvs everything else wud be changed)

you must have slipped up. I can confirm US doesn't share info with CA because i still operate a CA that was the same info as a banned US

What email did you get ?

i dont think it was from US, and i actually dont have another account. I used the same account to sell on FR, UK, DE etc. FR Got banned, and the others went down with it.

Do i have much chance of appealing? I dont even know what to say in this case

I appealed and its a gonna.

They said the have sufficent information that I have another account.

Im assuming they mean another account, by a different country, like DE, UK, FR etc, because i honestly dont have another account at all apart from US

how long u running ur eu acc? also regarding ur pc, is it new pc or brought 2nd hand?

Hi, it was bought new, and had eu accs running for about 11months.

Need to make another amazon now.. get the ball rolling


does anyone know if Amazon send out a snotty email to my customers? as many AZ have been opened since them banning me :(

Order defect rate, reach above the maximum allowance. Just basically had a big batch of faulty items which messed the account up big time...
