What is the fastest or best way/place to go and sell jewelry?

Online or brick and motor, doesnt matter, just want the most I can get.

I need some extra money for Christmas.

Well there are most likely other website or jewelry stores online that buy stuff. IM not talking about ebay.

v. valuable jewelry eg. a rolex or major heavy gold, no way online, do it face to face with a dealer etc.

minor jewelry eg. costume or plate, ok on ebay online, but there is alot of competition, china churns it out.

the middle ground is more difficult eg. a lightweight real gold ring with a minor or small stone - I'd say it is ok to do on ebay.

Ive bought some unbelievably nice jewelry on ebay, antique and vintage, and resold it, or kept it....but I would never sell substantial stuff, scammers sniff those out......

Tough to do online for Christmas fulfillment now - 6 days away...you might have some unhappy/critical buyers...even some scammers if you stick online.

It seems a bit more than that, but hey, who knows for sure. OP has not been clear and seems to be in the industry in one way or the other with existing connections.

I know when I buy and sell gold, It is always via a gold buyer or jewelry store or if big quantities, send in and get 98% value via bullion bars or a check from refineries.

But if it is jewelry and you are tied directly to a jewelry store, you already have a better connection, no?
