Suspended for SNP

I was suspended for SNP for 30 days. I have been reading all the other posts regarding this. The problem is I sell very unique things I know you are supposed to have several accts and such but with custom items that I sell to many questions would be asked. I believe I was suspended due 4.1 shipping times. I have 98% fb and every other DSR is 4.7 or higher. What can I do I have several open orders and will talk to everyone and give them partial credits and other perks if they can leave me great fb and higher DSR's? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well keep in mind if you are suspended you cant access the part to contact buyers and your problems will just get worst. if you are restricted from selling then you still have time to fix all complants and also make sure if any buyers have left seller non performance complaints that they have thoses droped.

I should rephrase that I have selling limitations......meaning I can't sell for 30 days while I am under review.

Do you mean disputes? Seller complaints where would I access that?

you dont you have to assume that anyone that leaves neg feedback might lodge a formal SNP complaint directly to trust and Safety and watch out DSR's will get you suspended also

I think that's what got me was the shipping time DSR. All my other's are at 4.6 or higher. FB is 98%. Shipping time just went below 4.2.

You better get the Stealth Book and start working on getting new accounts.
I had 3 accounts suspended for SNP for low DSR .. after your 30 day suspension you will likely receive an email letting you know that you are permanently suspended. The only way to avoid this is to bring your DSR for shipping time up over 4.3 , and its unlikely you will be able to do that while your not allowed to sell.

I sell very uniques things won't it be suspicious opening up a new account. I know that you are supposed have several but wouldn't it look funny different people selling these unique items? I have 70 open orders out there that I could talk to people and try and get the good scores from them.
