Cant add bank acc to paypal

Hi I link my bank account all ok .. but when i try to add bank acount give me error .. why is that .. the bank is Uk

Or maby is smoe security on that card ?? That is visa debit cash card .. I was in bank they told me it shud work . .
Do someone know what to do ? ? No answere from paypal .//

You cannot add a real plastic card to a PayPal.

It will fail the AVS check.

You cannot add your real bank CARD to a Stealth account.
Because the bank needs the address to match the one that is on paypal so you will not be able to add the bank CARD.
