IS there an exact pay the paypal count re-sets?

Sorry about the typo in the headline! lol.

I just figured it was January 1st, but I read something here about mid January?

Does anyone know for sure when the paypal count "meter" resets on the 200/20K IRS thing?

Or, is there a way to look in your paypal account to see?
