newbie here with quick pp question

firstly i would like to say hi to all here on this great forum...

i have a paypal account set up from my real name and bank details but this is now linked to a suspended account, If i were to go into my bank and say i had lost my visa debit card with all relevant numbers etc and they then issued me with a whole new set off account numbers and sort code etc would i be able to set up a new pp account from these and change my name and address slightly would this work

just open a new savings account with the bank your with
why would you want to change your address ?
what country are you from ?

Since your eBay account is dead your Paypal account is pretty useless with ebay.
You will need ALL new information (name/address/bank account/credit card) to open a new Paypal account and a new ebay account.

You can't as it requires your address proof, Income statement, Photo ID card and many more additional things are essentially required. and if you go for duplicate they are going to freeze your first account.

hi, what ever info you can get rid of in your paypal account, get rid of it and then close your account and open up a new account with a diferent email address. you'll be fine
