Activity: 0% Longevity: 55% | | Using friend's banned name
I've tried to find the answers by searching, but I didn't manage to. I have USA based business paypal account and linked ebay account with 900+ feedback.
Until now, I was forced to withdraw the funds by transferring to my legit account which is the worst way I know, but it was the only one too, because unfortunately I'm not in USA, so I can't open a bank account myself.
I asked one of my good friend's to open a bank account for me to which I will be able to withdraw the funds, but before he does that, I came here to ask people who are much more experienced. My concern is that he has been banned on paypal a couple of months ago (it was his legit account, so his real name) so I don't know will paypal be able to see a name of bank account and ban mine account?
Basically, I would ask him to open a bank account in BoA or TD bank (although I see that some people have issues with this bank) and I would link it to my account which is on different name of course, so he would receive the payments from mismatched name paypal account. Should this scenario work? I'm not like many users here to have a lot of accounts, this is my only one with ebay, so I really want to keep it.

| Yes, this scenario should work fine, hope your going to share some of that money with this friend......

I have two more questions. Is there a scenario when paypal could obtain his name either from a bank or somehow, because I guess that would be auto-ban of my account?
And can you recommend me some bank other than BoA? I'm not from USA like I said, so beside searching on google USA based banks, I can't check much.

It was recently posted that Chase closed a slew of bank accounts for a memeber. It most likely had more to do with the members use than mismatched names.

Not sure who the member was that had Chase their bank accounts but I've been using Chase for a solid 3 years straight.
