mobile # added to paypal, verify text code not recieved

is this usual? there is no forwarding involved, the code is going directly to my virgin prepaid mobile

has been nearly 24 hrs

for clarity i am speaking of the code they send when adding a mobile # to your account, not a security verify thing

My experience some phones work and some phones don't.

You have to send it twice to receive it for some reason. At least, thats how mine works.

This is very true in many cases, and depending on the carrier/plan/phone type you may never receive the text. Case in point - a tracfone with a blue SIM card will not receive a PP text, Tracfones with a black SIM will.
