My Seller story (restricted for 30 days and more!)

I've been selling on ebay since 1999 and recently i've been restricted from selling due to "snp" seller non performance policy.. I'm sure it's caused by low dsr in shipping depot and or some disputes that are still pending. Problem is my items are custom made by me and shipping takes bit longer then normal. I've already been denied the first appeal and they will see my account in another 12 days (end of october) and wondering is my chances of reinstatement is slim to none.. MY first appeal I had the following stats (i know ebay has 30 day period now instead of 60/90 to judge you) 98.9% 100 positive, 3 neutral and 1 negative feedback, 4.7. 4.8 4.5 4.3 4.9 (4.3 shipping delay), 2 paypal dispute 1 ebay dispute. I'm pretty sure why they wouldn't allow me back in because of these stats... but my next appeal will be end of octoboer and the stats will be more like this
98.9% 2neutral 0 negative, 1 ebay dispute, and same dsr as above.. problem with this dispute is that i provided tracking in the dispute console and it should delivery but buyer wouldn't respond. Im still nervous about the reinstatement and would like opinion on if i have some hope....

been selling on here since 1999 with 6700 feedback and this is lowest point of my life in selling so far.

you need to get thoses neutral and neg feedback complaints resolved and have the buyers let ebay know also if you have any pending feedback from buyers get them to leave feedback asap. if you use another account to sell and this account gets suspended you will have a very hard time selling again because they will link the 2 accounts and suspend you indefinentally so get all outstanding complaints with feedback and paypal and ebay resolved asap

I would love to get those neutral and neg feedback removed and my buyers agree to do this but ebay currently doesn't have the withdrawl system available as they did in the past (although shortly they will have new program where they allow feedback removal requests (5 for every 1000 feedback recevied).

well have them post followup feedback that says problem was resolved and would be positive feedback or something so it shows they are happy

It's ok they will let you back. again but my advice is to freeze this account for a while... use another one untill few weeks passed.. they will put you in the light spot...
