Paypal limited instantly

Hello. I was selling only one day with my ebay account and then after the first received payment my account got limitted. Then I've addedd another new paypal account and after another payment it was limittted too. Can the paypal accounts be linked so fast in that way?

yes

once you add a paypal account to a ebay account. It is LINKED.
If you remove that paypal account from ebay account it is STILL LINKED.

And when you add a NEW paypal to the same ebay account BOTH paypal accounts get linked.
If one is LIMITED the other will be LIMITED to.

OP, how much was the payment you received? That can make the difference right there. Especially on a new account with no history/experience.

Either 1 or 2 or a combination of both

1. Your eBay account will be limited soon. Thats the problem and the reason all of your PayPal accounts are being limited. You have a problem associated with your eBay account. I would suggest you use a new eBay account.

2. You are not using new IP addresses and clearing cookies properly before making another account and your PayPals are being linked by one or both of those. Remember, internet explorer does not work well. Use Chrome or Fire.

What does paypal want you to do to get unlimited?
Do they want your address verification?
I dont have enough information to tell you if your being limited because of the ebay transaction or if your being limited by paypal and it has nothing to do with ebay.

One way to find out, is to make a paypal account.
Add a credit card to confirm it. Then wait a few days and see if it works.
Then send a payment from another source if your able too.

Hello. They ask for Address verification and for credit card confirmation. They ask me to authorize some recent transactions

If you have linked PPs...it is very tough if not impossible to be reinstated - even if PP OFFERS you steps...not worth the time
