Default New PP I can't accept payments

I tested this out and found that payments now that are sent to a uncomfrimed email from paypal for ebay items paypal WILL NOT pay you the money! I tested this out by sending a payment from one Pp to another with a uncomfirmed email 1st payment sent was a non ebay payment then i went on to Pp and added new email accepted payment and with in min's had payment in my account so i then made new email added it to a ebay account then ended a auction to myself then paid useing the same Pp to that new email and then logged into the 2nd Pp and added email and comfirmed it and acccepted the payment but after i did this payment never showed up it seems there blocking sellers from getting payments to uncomfirmed emails so some gay a** reason so if u have new sellers accounts and useing them for ebay u will need to get the email comfirmed before getting ebay payments or u will end up haveing to send invoice to all your buyers.

First off, your post is horribly written grammatically.

Second off, what you've done is known as a Paypal Sweep, and eBay/Paypal seem to have caught this now, so if you sell things on eBay under an email address not registered on Paypal, and the payment is sent via Paypal, when you try to claim the funds, you run into issues. That's not to say there are ways to still get your money without limitation by doing the sweep, you just have to do them exactly in order and without error in order to bypass a limitation.

For instance, if you try to add the email to claim the payments and then immediately send away, you will get struck with a limitation. Other steps must be done to prevent the limitation and retrieve your money, of which I will not disclose to anyone except a few reputable individuals on this forum.

The account never got limited its just cant accept ebay payments from a unconfirmed email address. ebay payments that is but it can accept non ebay payments at a unconfirmed email and accept them just fine.

Its happening inside paypals system to anyone with a confirmed email address or not.

SWIMs main account has an unclaimed funds transaction but has and still receives large payments regularly. Just this one transaction is having issues. SWIM called and PayPal noted its been happening regularly right now and shouldnt be. Theyre working on the issue.
