Experimented with 4 UK 1 CAN accounts
All 7-21 days
4 off them went down in 5 minutes for same issue.
no MC999
1 Survived and is Alive 10/650 limits
All were VPN not dedicated, but Ip's saved, different WIN users of course.
Selling household used 1 item.
Had items in watch list and few bids
Have couple UK accounts 30+ days (bought from there) using same VPN provider and they are working fine
I personaly think its because accounts are younger than 30 days
Have few more waiting 30 days to kick in, will try them then.
