Paying Fees on a Suspended Account?

Hi, I'm a newbie here. Not new the site but I decided to register.

Great info you have here. My hats off to everyone!

I have a question. My ebay account got suspended and I have $25 to pay in fees. I used to pay through my linked paypal account but that has been limited a few days later (surprise, surprise). Anyone been in this position? What should I do? Any numbers to call or something of the sort?

I feel extra bad - my brother was building good feedback and I hear a yelling from downstairs that he's been suspended today for using same IP address as me. Wow, it took 'em 8 days in between to find that out.

Any advice? I'm gonna go and get the Stealth Book. Between us, we have about $900 worth of merchandise to sell. We need to get back on - fast!
