Suspended Account using Someone Elses Pay Pal and ebay

Okay , so I myself have a suspended ebay account. I have someone else letting me use there ebay account and paypal. I have a re-installed PC, Luckily just changed internet providers (Hence a New ip adress) and will be setting up New Email accounts etc. My suspended account had a different address associated with it than the on I live at and intended on using the same as the new paypal owners. or just another address all together.

Quesion is ... is there anything else I need to do to protect this new set up ?

will I be flagged if found to be at same "demographic" location?

Any help greatly appreciated

Terrible idea using someone elses ebay and paypal account

Your own account suspended and you.would be potentially putting someone elses accounts at.risk.
New internet provider etc???....then make your own accounts.
I know i sound harsh but is the other person aware of the consequences if the account your going to borrow gets suspended.
What about tax also?

Yes what kind of arrangement do you have with the actual account owner? How come they are being so trusting of you? Or perhaps they are not aware of the possible repercussions of doing this!

If your selling the same items in the same area then yes there is a good chance that will raise a flag.
