Paypal's new bank account verification page

There's a new page for verifying the microdeposits when you add a bank account to paypal.

And this is weird. (Keep in mind this is my first try with the new page for adding/verifying a bank account so may be isolated incident)

The micro's already hit my bank account. Paypal sent me the email saying "confirm your bank account" a couple days ago. When I go into paypal to verify my bank account with the microdeposit amounts, it says "PayPal has not yet made deposits into this bank account. Please check your bank statement in 2-3 business days."

Weird.

It worked, after 2 full business days after micros were sent, they unlocked the ability to verify the micros.

However, the amount of the micros I got apparently are not the same as the amount they have on file, and the account got removed. I double and triple checked the bank statement and paypal kept saying i was entering the wrong amount.

That's a new one. Anyway after 3 failed tries they removed the account.

Those cards are notorious for not working....I would stay away from them if you want to be able to get your money. Some of those cards will allow for the micro-deposits and even allow for deposits but when you try to take the money out, they can/might block the card/account.

Prepaid cards are notorious over in UK as well for not working and should never be attached to a paypal for withdrawing to
