Default Paypal Limited - Will They Automatically Deduct eBay Fees??

If Paypal limits an account that is linked to your eBay account and you have outstanding fees on eBay...will they just take the fees out of your Paypal without your permission? I only agreed to allow eBay to deduct fees from my credit card. Any thoughts on this? I'm trying to decide if I should wait out the 180 days or if I should just sue them in small claims court.

I have it figured out. I never have let ebay have access to my bank account. I pay the fees as a one off payment. Saves problems. tbh, the minute you had troubles you should have gone to the bank and cncxld any third party access to your bank account. Usually ebay has a go at getting the fees in my experiences especially if the bank account is attached.
Unless you have thousands of dollars, taking them to small claims court will cost you dollars. ebay/paypal will say they have 'implied' rights to do what the heck they want.
Do you really think you will win?
Why have you not thought to have a merchant account yet?
