You cannot get a UK VBA . They do not exist

Do you mean UK or is HK short for Hong Kong?

Either way VBA is only prevalent in the US really, and even then it cannot be used to withdraw from.

You need to go via US, get a vba there, previous forum members have said Hong Kong works with USA vba, is your flag accurate, you are in the UK or Hong Kong?

It is expensive to open a normal HK bank account from overseas. Like $500. If you really want to go that route, best to open a company there with one of those shell company formation companies and they will add in a HK bank account for a couple hundred extra or can do it separately.
