Simon Gift Cards Denied by Paypal

I added a Simon card to my account, and it was added fine, but when I tried to edit some of its details, I got an error message saying that the bank that issued the card has denied it.

Any transactions I tried to send were also denied. I mean giftaccount, not card.

Thats not the issue. SWIM added one fine last night. Only the EXPUSE number wasnt showing. For other reasons SWIM believes.

You can add one, but it's not linked and you can't send payments with it.

Do you get a request to confirm it using EXPUSE?

I just get an "this card has been added" and that's it. No confirmation attempts, nothing.

I think you need to register the simon acct before it works.

pinkie, the OP knows EXACTLY how to use a simon card. FYI, Exeneva has a great deal of knowledge about how to use paypal & gift cards.

Probably, but the problems sounded like something went wrong with registering the gift account and Exeneva did not provide much as to how the problems was solved. Which might have been just some simple problem overlooked. I was hoping for a reply basically.
