Default How come my available money decreases everytime I sell something?

Evertime I sell something new on Amazon and ship it my money for next payout decreases and goes to the next payout. This has happened on 1 payout already and my money available went to $0, and it was because of the 21 days. But I'm starting to think that I'm never going to get my money if I sell over my avaiable money that is supposed to get transferred...

Any information would be great.

21 day hold?
Most distributions are 14 days.

Do you have a rolling reserve?

I'm already beyond the 21 day selling limit. For example it said available money for Febuary 7, (meaning that money was going to be released that day) and everytime I sell something it deducts it from the available money, and sends it to the next weeks payout..

So if I have $300 in the available money for the upcoming payout, and I sell something of $50 before the payout, it deducts my available money to $250

Do you have A-Z Claims?

How many weeks have you not received a distribution?

You have not had any communication from Amazon at all about this?

To me it sounds like you are in the process of creating a 30 day rolling reserve. So they will hold funds for a thirty day average sales and then every dollar above that will get dispersed after the 30 days reserve is met.

I have 100% satisfaction. I ship immediately, have not had any refunds or claims, I have a 3 hours average on response time.

A lot of times it is because of the category or specific UPC

Are you competing directly with Amazon and wining the buy box?

I see, i haven't been keeping track of the buy box. But I do compete with the lowest price.

Amazon takes shipping charges out of your available funds.
