Will Ebay ask about PP when they call to verify for merchant acct

I want to use merchant account with my old Ebay account.they close my paypal with no reason.I don't know what I'm doing wrong.I got full positive feedback,item I'm selling is not illegal.

Will Ebay ask about my PayPal account when they call to verify for merchant?
Something like,what about your paypal? why don't you using paypal to receive payment?Will they know my PP already limited or closed.
