21 day hold

My 2 eBay Stealth accounts have sold items, only a couple. Anyway I've added tracking for both of them, both the same way through PayPal. Yet 1 of the accounts has not brought the funds release date forward unlike the other one?

Any ideas

Did you confirm the items were delivered? Usually it will say "Delivered/Front Porch" or something like that

They have not yet been delivered however; as soon as tracking is added it usually cuts the hold time down, well it does on my 1 account but not the other. Sold a total off 3 items each account

The funds will release 2-3 days after the item delivers.

How do you know when the hold is up!? Does it every go away?

On a new Account it has to be 90 days old must have 25 sales an $250 in sales once all 3 requirements are meet the hold will be lifted there is no way around it
