Need to setup 5 amazon ghost accounts, help?

I would like to setup 5 amazon accounts, I've had few in the past. My question is, what is the best method - least headaches and most cost effective, in running 5 accounts, on one laptop? Here are the options I can think of:

24vc.com - get 5 Static IP addresses through VPN, one for each user account on the macbook. The only downside is cost I guess, but it's part of business

Get a wireless dongle from cell phone provider, and an IP tracking excel sheet, and keep track of each IP address as you log into your different user accounts on your laptop, rebooting the device each time. Seems like a lot more work, more room for error, but a lot cheaper. $10 total per month?

Use the iPhone 6 plus to tether from the macbook to it, and make sure the wifi of the phone is turned off, assigning new IP for each user account on the macbook and again using the excel sheet to track all IP addresses used. Practically free, however, more work tracking, slow speeds probably, as well as possible issues with the phone mac ip address being linked? Not sure about that one.

Anything to do with tracking ip is head ache job go vps server run your accounts around the country with Static IP. The time involved is waste of time specially 5 accounts . I would rather pay the 10 -15 or 20 per server to go through that headache job. And if you ask me, tether dongle on new account with so many new ip each day raises some concerns on new seller trying to make bank in this game of selling online. Doing this method on 1 or maybe 2 accounts is fine but 5 its not worth saving money.
