Can Paypal link you through Freelancer?

Can Paypal link you to a limited Paypal account if you use it on the same Freelancer account or any other sites that uses Paypal like hotel sites.?

if you use freelancer just create a new account each time, I personally use odesk and get the 100 credit with each new account I start works perfect. go to flippa specials and get your 100 credit every time you do a new account. I have built many bad a&* things with free odesk money. Like my soon to be released super modem LOL its for me only not for retail sale.
