Who is taking my auctions down.

I'm getting the VERO messages for trademark infringement from eBay eventhough the stuff is 100% authentic. Is there any way to find out who is doing this?

In the VeRO messages, it should say exactly who it was and some kind of contact information, usually just an email address but it's a start.

I looked in the message alert I got but can't find it.

You can contact eBay Support and they will give you the information as well. Try the Live Help.

The eBay VERO message will ONLY tell you the name when it is a TRUE & REAL company removing your auctions.
If FORD removed your ads then the FORD name would be in the eBay message.
They are a REAL VERO MEMBER.

If the message does NOT contain any VERO member information or name then the auction was reported another eBay member, probably a competitor.
Or if you were selling VERO items then it could have been reported by anyone.

ok that makes sense they are VERO items. I'm hoping that the ebay Stealth Book will help me to get around this somehow.

This will be tough because it's the ebay members that are reporting you so as long as you keep selling similar items your competitors will come knocking on your door. eBay Stealth is great on how to get back and lower your risk of getting suspended, but it will be hard when there are people targeting you.

Since your competition see your pictures and reports the auction there is NO way around it.
Take NEW pictures and redo your ads so that they loon NOTHING like your old ads.
Have someone you trust do it for you, this way the ads do not look like they were done "your way".
