I sure hope buying this guide will help. Got restricted because of 1 disgruntled buyer. The fact I had 500 positive buyers and 1 disgruntled got me disbarred. WHAT? Tried using my wife's account and she got disbarred. Tried to set up a new account with new address, new phone and new credit card with paypal and got restricted. Right now I am selling on another ebayers account and giving him 10% of sales. I have a lot of questions. I have set up a new paypal account but have not put in CC info as that is what got be linked (I think?) So hope somone can help me.

just a quick note - be very careful using a friend's account. If things go south with it youre in trouble with him cause he wont be able to use his own account. Make sure you don't get it linked to your own accounts - plenty of details on how to avoid doing so in the guide you just bought - get to studying!
