 Specific questions about soliciting feedback
Hey everyone,
How closely does Amazon draw the line on soliciting customers? I know they encourage doing so to get feedback, but obviously some other behaviors.
A seller I bought from recently sent me an email suggesting I try her new products, and offered a coupon code. The links do go to Amazon (so she's not taking traffic away from them). How taboo is this?
Another question - the email's "To:" field was directed to my personal email - something I never provided her with. If you send an email via Amazon's masked marketplace emails, do they appear to be from/to "normal" emails? Like this:  |
