PayPal know that I'm using prepaid card!!!

PayPal ask me to confirm location by phone. But first they ask me to add a credit card, which I can't finish this progress by adding the prepaid card as I usually do. SO, I called PayPal, they told me that they can't confirm the location by my card which I added. And they ask me if I had added a prepaid card.
So, what can I do now? Have you guys met this before? Is there any cards can avoid this? Please let me know, thank you!!!!!

What prepaid card did you use? Maybe you used one without AVS or that you didn't set up AVS on.

Jonas, thanks for your information.
I dont know what the AVS is. But I can see the four digit numbers paypal charged the$1.95 when I first link the card to my PayPal account.

Did you try Simon giftaccount? A lot of people have been using them with success, including me.

i use a pre paid gift card from national city and my paypal account is ok now
