 PayPal Stealth
Hi there,
I am very new to the "stealth" paypal scene as I was limited for "fraud" ( which was wrong, I got scammed.. not the other way around " and paypal indefinitely limited me from ever creating an account again. I now need to create a stealth paypal as my online businesses use paypal and i cannot keep using other people to hold my money. What all would I need to get a "stealth" paypal. If someone could provide me with this info, that would be great. Thanks!
