PayPal & 180 Days
I had my original first ever made PP account limited just over 6 months ago so i have contacted them via email asking for release of my funds (£1800) since the 180 days had passed without any issues what so ever with my account. They contacted me back saying that my account is STILL under review & once they have an update they will email me back, I message them back asking could they give me an ETA, They replied saying at this time we cannot give you an ETA please have some patience while the account gets reviewed.
Sounds like to me that i am basically being told that i will NOT be getting my funds & they are just palming me of with excuses? Its been over 180 days so why is the account still under review? I was thinking about contacting them over the phone maybe instead? See if i get some better answers that way? The PP account is all in my original information so if they asked for ID ETC i would be able to provide it without any issues.
