Permanent account block - Is it really permanent or can I apeal
I just started looking around this forum, so I am not fluent in all the terminology. I see discussions about account suspensions and appeals. Is suspended that the same as having a selling account blocked or are blocked and suspended two different things?
I tried selling on Amazon back in 2008 and I got my account blocked because of a customer who wanted a refund for two separate transactions, but would not send the items back and instead initiated chargebacks. It was only my second customer ever.
The email I got from Amazons said: Quote:
This is an auto-generated message to let you know that we have blocked your Amazon.com seller account and ended your listings. You may no longer sell on our site. We took this action because your seller performance has been below our performance standards.
...
Please note that the blocking of your account is a permanent action.
| Is an appeal possible or is permanent really permanent? Thanks in advance.
