21 day hold removal

I know the criteria for Paypal to start removing the 21day holds on funds.
- 25 successful transactions
- Transactions over 3mo or 3mo old account
- $250 worth of transactions

My question is, does the countdown start with paypal trasaction or does it have to come from ebay when you sell something?

That is for ebay only. The one for paypal only is a lot less. Don't have it in front of me but I think it's 60 day member 5 sales and $150 but don't quote me!

Countdown should start when money hits the Paypal account whether it comes from eBay or off eBay.

Not any more. Its 90 days plus $250 in sales.

For eBay when your logged in simply go to the top of the my eBay page click customer service link

Than type in why are payments being held by paypal in the search

You will than see links below and the one that matches what you just typed in click that

It will show you exactly where u stand

On one side it has the 3 criteria which are 90Days, 25 Sales, $250 and next to each is where u are at exactly , so there is no guessing

I was referring to off ebay. It's 5 sales $150. That's what mine says anyways.
